• The Refer and Earn Program is only valid on new installs, sign ups & bookings
• Your friend must be a new user of bestyc and must register with his/her Email Id to book a service
• A sign up with a different email address using the same device will not qualify as a valid referral
• If your friend uses someone else’s referral link or code, the person whose link was used would get benefits, even though you had referred them first. The last link/code used to register with bestyc by your friend would be considered for the referral bonus
• Bonus cash earned through referral program will be credited to the bestyc Wallet(HJ Cash)
• If the booking made by your friend is cancelled, the bonus cash credited would be withdrawn from both wallets
• Bonus cash earned using the referral program might cease to exist if not used within 90 days and will not be renewed under any circumstances
• Bonus cash earned using the referral program cannot be withdrawn into any of the payment instruments like Bank account, Credit Card, Debit Card etc.
• Your unique referral links should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. You cannot distribute/publish your unique referral link where there is no reasonable basis for believing that most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, forums, Wikipedia etc.)
• In case the bonus cash is not credited to your bestyc Wallet, please write to info@bestyc.in
• However, we do not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information to third parties except sharing of such information with our alliance partners or vendors who are engaged by us for providing various promotional and other benefits to our customers from time to time basis their booking history with us.

• Bestyc reserves all rights to change the amounts conferred under Refer and Earn program at any point in time.
• Bestyc may suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn program or any user’s ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason at their discretion. Bonus cash earned as a result of fraudulent activities will be revoked and deemed invalid. Any bookings made through Bonus cash earned through fraudulent activities will be cancelled with no further liability on Bestyc. This is without prejudice to the legal remedies available to bestyc against the person who earned fraudulent bonus cash or made bookings through it.
• Bestyc reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
