1. Definitions :
   Bestyc is a service provider and enables the connection between individuals seeking to obtain services and/or individuals seeking to provide services.Individuals seeking to obtain services and product are hereinafter referred to as “bestyc customer and/or “User”.Bestyc Customer and Bestyc Service Provider together are here in after  referred to as “Users”

   All the Services provided by the business through Bestyc service provider/s to Bestyc Customer by means of his/her use of the booking platform are here in after referred to as the “Service/Services and products”

   All references to “you” or “your” as applicable, mean the person that accesses, uses, and/or participates in the Website in any manner. If you use the Website on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business and your acceptance of the Terms of Use will be deemed an acceptance by that business and “you” and “your” herein shall refer to that business.

   All references to “we” or “us” as applicable, mean the business.

   ‘Force Majeure Event’ includes but is not limited to strikes, lockouts, labor disturbances, civil commotion, riots, war, acts of terrorism, major traffic disruption, action of any government or regulatory authority, fuel shortages, abnormal weather conditions at the location of services, abnormal business circumstances or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party which by exercise of reasonable diligence could not have been prevented or provided against.

   “Use of Service” shall mean and includes but is not limited to, all the Customers dialling the dedicated number of the proprietorship or/and visiting the official website.

   “Your Information” is defined as any information and materials Bestyc customer provides to Bestyc.in or other Users in connection with Bestyc customer’s registration for and use of the Service, including without limitation that posted or transmitted for use in Public Areas.
